Online order status
To view or edit an order in the Apple Online Store, go to your online order status and sign in with your Apple ID and password. With online order status (opens in a new window), you can:
- Check the order status
- Track cargo
- Return of defective products
- exchange the item
- Edit delivery or billing information
- Print invoice
Don’t have an Apple ID? For more information on how to create an Apple ID, please visit your account’s help page. You can view and edit your order without an Apple ID by signing in with your order number and PIN code or email address.
Check Apple Order Status
You can easily check the status of your order. First, go to your online order status (opens in a new window) and enter your Apple ID and password.
After signing in, select View Order. This will give you a summary of your latest order. If you want to see another order, select Show Other Orders from the page’s drop-down menu.
On the Orders page, an order status message is displayed above each item. These messages are as follows:
Order Placed – They have Received order and payment information. Currently, you cannot make changes to your order, but you can do so when your order is ready. For instant payment types such as credit cards and online banking, orders for which payment is pending will not be displayed.
Orders in progress – You have everything you need to complete your order. As soon as the item is ready, they will send you an update to prepare it for shipping. You can still change your order at this point.
Ready to ship – Before shipping your order, they have completed some final details. They will email you the shipping information as soon as it is shipped. At this point, you will not be able to change your order.
Shipped – You can track your packages online using the Track Shipments button. This information will be available within 24 hours of shipment.
Delivered – The package has been dropped off to the shipping address specified in the order. If you need to return a portion of your order for a replacement, you can start the process online.
Track My Apple Order
When the item is shipped from the warehouse, you will receive a shipping notification email with the carrier, estimated delivery date, and, if possible, the carrier’s tracking number.
You can also view shipping information in your online order status. After signing in with your Apple ID and password, select Edit Order. If you select Track Shipping on the Orders page, a window will display the item’s estimated delivery date, tracking number, and shipping address. If you ordered multiple items, you may have individual tracking information for each item.
To ensure safe delivery, most shipments require a signature at the time of delivery. If you are unable to provide your signature, please refer to the Shipping and Shipping Help page.
What to expect ?
You will receive a text message when your order leaves the warehouse. The text message will include an order number and a link to track the delivery. Depending on the shipping method and courier, you can also send the text on the day of delivery or after the item has been delivered. The text will be sent between 6 am and 10 pm in the time zone.
How to change text message settings ?
You can edit your mobile number at any time by signing in to your account and editing your order’s shipping notification settings. See the Shipping and Shipping Help page for more information.

How do I track my Apple order?
Open the Settings app.
Tap your name, then tap Media & Purchase. You may be asked to sign in.

How long does it take Apple to deliver?
Standard Shipping – Ships within 1-3 days of shipping your order. 9 am-12pm – Your order will be delivered within 1 to 3 days after it is shipped. 12.00 pm to 5.00 pm – Your order will be delivered within 1-3 days of being shipped.
How do I cancel an order on Apple website?
To cancel an order or item, go to the online order status. On the Orders page, find the item you want to cancel and select Cancel Item. When you submit a cancellation request, the item’s status message shows “Cancelled” and will not be shipped.
Why is my Apple order on hold?
Apple requires approval to hold all or part of the purchase price. Approved funds may not be available while Apple is preparing the product and may appear as “pending” on your credit or debit card online statement.
